Write the Perfect Proposal

If you’ve been asked to write a proposal for a customer to consider and you’re trying to get that business to use you for SEO services, you have to do your research.
Once the customer gets a clear understanding of what SEO is and what it isn’t, you can start doing your research, but educating the customer should be your first priority. The research that you’ll do after that has to do with the fact that each and every business is unique. As you research the business and draft the proposal consider the project objective, the goals that the customer has, the strategies that you’ll be using, and the target audience. Those are all very important.
You’ll also want to include keyword and competitor research, an assignment of responsibilities, and any additional research requirements that you may have. Then give them an overview at the end so that everything you’ve just talked about is summed up nicely and they can see how it will greatly benefit their business.
Sure, it takes some work. If you need and want their business, though, you’ll take the time to write the perfect proposal.
